We are renting an 11’5“ x 13’5“ master bedroom with utilities included, ensuite bathroom with window, walk-in closet with storage space, and greenspace view - our last tenant stayed with us for 2.5 years and is moving out to live with their long-term relationship.

The room is priced based on the current housing market with ALL utilities included (gas, electric, water/sewer, fantastic internet, garbage/recycling).

This is a 3,000 sq. ft. house located in a quiet cul-de-sac a couple of miles away from downtown Hillsboro and extremely close to Intel locations (10 minutes away from Ronler Acres). Downtown Hillsboro (walking distance) has gyms, food carts, and fantastic restaurants (e.g. High Ground, Backwoods Brewery, Grand Central). The Jackson School Nature Preserve is a 2-minute walk away. The house backs up to a beautiful greenspace filled with wildlife.

Our house is extremely quiet and peaceful the vast majority of the time, and we’re looking to keep it that way! The lower level of the house is rented to two very quiet tenants who have been with us for years and have a completely separate living space - they do not come upstairs. We do have cats, but they stay out of that room - the house is clean, and it does not smell like cats.

We are two homeowners (m/f) in our 30s (no kids, no dogs) looking for someone to share the top floor of the house with us (which is the ground floor - the house is on a hill). We’re both very relaxed, communicative, and sociable, but we spend most of our time on quiet, solitary activities. Our tenants downstairs have a completely separate living space and do not come upstairs.
