Spacious private room with two loft beds or a king sleigh bed frame (not shown), 2 small desks, blackout curtains, and a walk-in closet. All utilities included with high speed fiber internet! 12 minutes to DFW Airport. Private bathroom with a bidet. Currently, there are only 2 other people in the entire house!

Plenty of parking, driveway is first come, first serve. Lots of food/shopping options nearby. The living room has a TV & sound bar with streaming. The kitchen has a fridge with water & ice dispenser. Some dishes, cookware & appliances provided. Designated space in the pantry, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, fridge, and freezer.

No stay limit, and guests are allowed in private rooms and common areas. $200 refundable deposit, $1100 monthly for 2 occupants ($550 each), or $1000 for a single occupant.

We primarily service local airline and airport employees, but we are now open to all applicants!
