Red Fir Lane

It’s a nice house in a quiet neighbor hood in diamond bar. There’s an elementary school up the street and a swim school as well. Cal poly and Mt sac are only 6 miles away. We have 2 rooms for available one downstairs and one upstairs with a walk in closet. There’s a half bathroom next to the downstairs room. And then the full bathroom with the shower is shared by the 2 rooms and the other non master room. The room with the wood wall is the downstairs room. Living rooms come furnished with couches and coffee tables, kitchen has microwave toaster and fridge.

I am a college student at cal poly Pomona studying electrical engineering, I will be graduating next spring. My friend/ coworker goes to Mt sac and is studying biology. We enjoy fixing our broken cars and just hanging out. We both work full time and go to school. The landlord wants to get the Background check and lease signed and everything done by 4/25. Please let me know if you are interested, like I said we have 2 rooms available prefect for 2 friends
