Your room has its key to lock while you are away. You will have shared access to a kitchen, dining, living area. Bathroom is shared with two other housemates. Washer dryer is shared as well. The property entrance is monitored with security cameras. Safe and friendly neighborhood on east side of providence. Walkable to several restaurants on Hope St and 5-10 minutes drive to all amenities, highway and downtown Providence.

You will be sharing the first floor space with two other floor mates. Looking for someone who is respectful of the space and others you are sharing space with.
