State Street

I live on 252 state street by the state capital. I been here for 4 years and I’d like to stay at least another year. Here is the good: Wonderful area, never had an issue. Close to state capital and downtown Albany and near bus lines (A LOT). There is parking behind property but you gotta pay, otherwise street parking is reasonable to find. 2 blocks away from lark and rent is affordable compared to today’s standards. The bad: small bathroom sink, no basement or back yard. Storage is limited, but the bedroom is not tiny and those would be my issues, but I made it work and mostly love it here.

I’m not a slob but I’m also not clean freak, but I do my part though like dishes, garbage takeout, split costs on dish washer soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, aluminum foil, things legit shared. I am introvert and stay in my room for the week. On some weekends, I’ve hosted pong, game night or poker. I love sports so I usually keep to myself and just watch my shows or sports. I’d like to meet the person interested, maybe even have coffee to see if we click. Finally, I have a cat.
