Marlene's room

Private room on entrance side of the house with window to nice fenced in backyard and patio. Some extra space for storage in garage. Use of kitchen and laundry. Can help with furniture if needed. 11.5 x 12 room. Month to month is fine.

Currently have a temporary roommate in nearby bedroom. I work at home starting at 6:30 am. So looking for a someone with a similar work shift or who is quiet in and out. On bus route, very close to Cocoa Village and beaches. I have a dog and a cat who hang out on the couch, both friendly.
