My name is Ali and I have a room available for rent in a recently built townhouse near the City Center/ Buckley area in Aurora. This is a listing for a pretty spacious private bedroom and bathroom including utilities in a 3 bd 2.5 bath townhouse with furnished common areas. There’s a in-unit washer and dryer and there is plenty of street parking available in front of the house. I will be living the only other person living in the unit.

You’ll have great access to both I-225 and I-70. From the house you’re 10 min to Anschutz, 15 min to Denver International Airport and Cherry Creek State Park, 20 min to Denver Tech Center and 30 min to downtown Denver. Multiple great options for restaurants/gym/rec centers/park/coffee shops,

Looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly roommate. No pets (sorry!). Healthcare professionals and students are welcome.

Just so we are abundantly clear from the get go.. No smoking, marijuana or substance use in this house. Tenants are responsible to clean after themselves and keep common area clean. Guest is not allowed to stay longer than 5 nights without approval.

I’m Ali! I’ve been in CO for about 3 years now.. loving it! I’m 27 years old and try to stay pretty active (wish I played as much soccer as I used to). I love trying new restaurants and there is a bunch popping up here in Aurora. I work for a medical device company in the office most days.
