Hello! My name is Chantel. I have an available room that is spacious and isolated from the master room. You will have your own full bathroom and access to laundry within the unit. The property is beautiful, safe and quiet. I love it here, just looking for someone who is a compatible roommate! The room will be completely unfurnished upon your arrival!

A few things about me, 28 year old female, no children, I am a part-time dog mom, so I prefer someone who is dog-friendly. (He is a nice couch potato dog who is truly harmless) He stays with me every other 2 weeks. I am neat and clean routinely. I respect peoples space and things and am focusing on my long term goals as an young adult. An ideal roommate would be someone who has the same goals and is not party oriented or living chaotically. I work long and odd hours (night shift), so people of similar work schedules are VERY welcome (ie nurses, EMT,3rd shifters). I do not smoke and only drink socially. My lease ends in September, but renewal can be discussed as our time goes on together! I would like a 5 month commitment to the stay, however, God willing, I would like a long term commitment roommate. The room is currently being used as a “bonus space” for me and guests, but will be completely unfurnished upon move in!
