2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment 5 minutes away from the Brookland/CUA red line metro station. The neighborhood is really lovely, and I’ve lived in Brookland for almost three years. We are close enough to the metro that you’d feel safe walking home at night. There are lots of great parks, restaurants, and a wonderful farmers market all within walking distance. I’ve included photos of everything but the bedroom I’ll be taking and the 2 large storage closets in the hallway.

A year lease is required with the option to do month to month after the first year. I will be getting a cat before I move in! Street parking is available! I like to keep things very clean and tidy :) I know the landlord personally and he is very responsive and a great person. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. No smoking, no dogs.

I love long walks in the pretty Brookland neighborhood and I’m very into crafts like tie dye, beading, and upcycling DIY furniture / random thrifted stuff. I am a maximalist when it comes to decor and I like a very peaceful bohemian vibe. I would love to decorate our common spaces together! I am very extroverted so I would love to make a new friend, but I’m usually in bed by 11 and don’t have large loud groups of people over a lot. I work in the office at a nearby nonprofit every day so the place would be all yours to work remotely if you so desire.
