Available now. Unfurnished room available in a newly built, detached 3bd large townhome located in North Redondo. The room is about 11x14 sq ft with an ensuite Jack and Jill style bathroom to be shared with the other roomie (there are separate sinks). Utilities will be split 3 ways. Property is close to Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, shops, amenities, and many grocery stores. Nearby are Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and South Bay Galleria and Del Amo malls, and less than 4 miles from the beach!

Must be a non-smoker/non-vaper, and provide income 3x that of rent. Background check required. No couples or pets please. Prefer a one year lease, but can also consider month to month.

I’m in my early thirties working in healthcare, and enjoy exercising, and spending time with friends and family. The other roomie is also in her early thirties and works as a behavioral therapist. We’re friends from high school and are looking for someone friendly, clean, and neat to join our crew!
