Kylene's room

This is one of a two bedroom townhome. It has its own private bathroom downstairs but shares all other common areas. The room has a large closet and two windows for plenty of natural light. The house has access to walking trails and the pond out front as well as an enclosed patio with raised garden beds. Everything besides Xcel and Internet is included in rent.

The other roommate that will be living there has a sweet senior cat and values cleanliness, respecting each others space and communication, and would prefer someone who doesn’t have any other pets as her cat can get overwhelmed with other animals. If you have any questions please reach out!
