Catherine's room

Fairly new community in a quiet gated community. House is located on cul de sac great neighbors very peaceful area. The room is the only one on first floor and bathroom is across the hall. The other rooms (where my kids and I stay are upstairs so it’s rather private as they all tend to stay in their rooms for the most part). Room is fully furnished but can remove if you want to bring your own furniture. Our community has a pool and jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse, and small park. Less than 8 miles to Moreno Valley College and even closer to UCR. Couple minutes to get to 60 Freeway and close to shopping center/mall.

I have three kids ranging in ages from 10 to 16. They all tend to stay put in their rooms (teens lol) and the youngest does soccer throughout the week. My brother also lives with me he’s 35 quiet guy and keeps to himself. We keep a pretty steady routine and I like to have everyone in bed by 9 9:30 so you won’t have a problem with noise. I work remotely from home and the house is quiet and empty for the most part of the day. Weekends we do soccer and or out and about. We do have a teacup golden doodle who is indoor dog and sleeps with one of the kids usually. He’s friendly and loves to cuddle and wants all the attention lol. When we aren’t home he stays in his dog house inside. I like to keep a clean house and try to cook a meal most nights. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have!
