We are in search of a responsible and financially stable individual, whether female or male, to rent a room on a month-to-month basis for up to 2 years. We wish to find someone who desires a clean/ neat living environment and has the courtesy to keep the common spaces clean and has a normal work/ college schedule. $850.00 per month includes some utilities ( internet extra) and $500.00 security deposit, 1st and last month rent requested to move in.
