Brian's room

Quiet neighborhood, nice walking/bike paths, walking distance to small lake that sits on the golf course at Heritage Todd Creek. Easy access to the airport via E470 and Quebec. Room has new carpet, paint, ceiling fan, queen bed, blankets, pillows(or finish with yours, either way works). All new, never used. Friends with all of the surrounding neighbors, newer neighborhood. No Smoking house, we both work during the day, very laid back feel to the house. We don’t cook very often, you’re welcome to cook as little or as much as you want. Bbq in backyard, hammock, lounge chairs, seating in back yard. (I would be roommates with us if I didn’t already live here 😄) You could use the loft upstairs for your office or your personal lounge area, I have an office downstairs you could use as well that’s ashtray set-up. House is 3000sf finished, has plenty of space that doesn’t get used. Myself, my buddy Diego and my son who is with me every other week. We are pretty laid back/easy going types(typical coloradons from Southern California and Colombia), work most days, home in the evenings and nights. I have two dogs, one is two and the other is ten. We pretty much work, sleep, watch tv/hike/bike/paddleboard/longboard/snowboard/travel/golf/pickleball/stay active.
