The Room: Private room on the 3rd floor with a full, attached, private bathroom. It has a large window and vaulted ceiling in the room and bath. Normal sized closet, and a linen closet in the hall next to the room. Unfurnished.

The House: Crown Hill- 1460sqft, 3 level townhome built in 2006. 3 bed, 3.5 bath (one room stays unoccupied- it has patio access). Single car garage, patio and living spaces shared. Patio, Juliet balcony on 2nd level, fireplace, W/D, large kitchen with pantry. Free street parking is always available. Walking distance to QFC and Carkeek Park

Living Situation: I am just one person and I need another person to fill this room, so there will only be the 2 of us in the 3 bed townhome. I have a dog, she’s big, too friendly, great with dogs, and good with the only cat she knows. Current roommate is moving out so there will be plenty of storage space and room for furniture and kitchenware if you have it.

Monthly utilities split.

Work from home, quiet person by nature, easy going. Like to be social sometimes, but I love my personal space. Overnight guests are chill. I don’t have a strict sleeping schedule as my work hours are flexible (I am an industrial designer). I like a clean space, but I’m not anal about it. I like to cook, do housework, go out for drinks and play with my dog who is a 7 year old dogo aregntino.
