It’s a 3 bedroom house, 2 stories. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom and the hallway closet to your disposal. I do have the 3rd bedroom as an office so that I have an area to work. If you’d like to set up an office space in the room as well there’s tons of room!

Shared common areas but make yourself at home. It’s just me and my puppy pancake but pancake is good with other dogs as long as they’re medium sized or smaller.

We have a huge backyard so it is perfect for your puppers if you have one. The area is super quiet and well kept. There’s tons of schools, stores, food, and parks in our area. We have access to the community pool and fitness center.

Rent would be $1000 and then we would split electric, water, and gas. I will pay for the Wi-Fi because it is required for my job, So you can consider that included with the rent.

There is a washer and dryer hook up the washer and dryer that we got was a scam and does not work. So you would have to bring your own, and take it with you when you leave if you’d like. I’m an open book for any other questions

I am 30 yrs old originally from the East Coast. I’ve been in AZ for about 6 years now. I work from home - and love to just stay in and binge movies and bake.

I do have a girlfriend who sleeps over most nights but she is super respectful and chill. I’m very big on respect and privacy. I will never touch anything that’s yours, and if I ever finish anything, I will replace it. I have no problem sharing anything at all what’s yours is mine! I just ask that everything be taken care of and if it gets replaced.
