Very nice kitchen with lots of cabinet space, wood floors (carpet in the bedrooms), super nice balcony with big view of protected wildlife space, and a bathroom with double vanity. In unit washer/dryer and place is fully furnished besides the room for rent.

I’ve been living at this apartment for three years now and I love it!!! I work as a waitress at an upscale restaurant in town and have been there for three years. I am looking for a roommate with similar interests and values (i.e. helpful, healthy, clean, friendly, and sociable). I spend most of my time going to school, working, and hanging out with friends.
