Rent is $675 per room (see the last 2 pictures for the room) (with 1 year lease but I’m flexible with min 10 month lease with an up charge). ONE tenant per room only. Utilities and internet comes to about $150 per person per month on average. You will be sharing the bathrooms with 2 other female professionals.

A little bit about the place:

• it’s on Drumwood Rd, off Joppa Rd and Putty Hill Ave Rd (near Towson Place Center). WALKING DISTANCE from Towson Universty SHUTTLE (save you $300+ per year in parking permit!)

• You can walk to many restaurants such as Qdoba, Noodle Charm/Thai Spice, Red Robin, Glory Day, Applebee, Potbelly, etc. In addition, the place is 2 min away from many shopping places such as Walmart, Aldi, Dollar Tree, Weis market, Target, Marshalls, etc. Merritt Athletic Club is walking distance as well.
