Rent is $650 per room (with 1 year lease but I’m flexible with min 10 month lease with an up charge). ONE tenant per room only. Utilities and internet comes to about $100 per person per month. You will be sharing the bathrooms with 2 other female students from Towson.

it’s on Drumwood Rd, off Joppa Rd and Putty Hill Ave Rd (near Towson Place Center). WALKING DISTANCE from Towson Universty SHUTTLE (save you $300+ per year in parking permit!)
You can walk to many restaurants such as Qdoba, Noodle Charm/Thai Spice, Red Robin, Glory Day, Applebee, Potbelly, etc. In addition, the place is 2 min away from many shopping places such as Walmart, Aldi, Dollar Tree, Weis market, Target, Marshalls, etc. Merritt Athletic Club is walking distance as well.
Plenty of street parking in front of and behind the house.
Comes with in-house washer/dryer/garbage disposal, shared spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with tons of extra shelving for your stuff.
