About the room: Two rooms available, your choice! Both face a quiet street on opposite side of the house from Master Bedroom. Normal, basic suburban bedroom. Some furnishing available. (couch is a full size pull-out)

About the bathroom: Your own access to a full bathroom right next to your room. Shower and bath, large countertop. Deluxe Shower head. (oh, and we filter and treat ALL water that comes into the home! No chlorine!)

About the home: Two story with bedrooms upstairs, located on a golf course with a peaceful back yard. Tennis courts, basketball, and pool available. Minutes away from 121 or CCC, just off of Lebanon. Street parking or lighted neighborhood lot a few houses away.

Don’t worry about Skelly. He hasn’t paid rent since October and will be relocating to the attic soon.

Husband and wife for 20 years, home owners for 11 years. No kids. No pets. No drama. Both professional types that do consulting from home. We’re looking to fund improvements on the home and thought renting out unused rooms would be a good answer. We enjoy a good movie or listen to music around a backyard fire on nice weekends. We like to grow microgreens, lettuces, and vegetables in our hydroponic grow room (no, we don’t grow THAT).
