About the room: Room faces a quiet street on opposite side of the house from Master Bedroom and living rooms, above a mostly unused garage. Vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, plenty of natural light, making it feel even bigger than it is! Otherwise, normal, basic suburban bedroom in a very quiet golf course neighborhood.
About the bathroom: Your get access to a full bathroom right next to your room. Recently renovated with calming blue tile and a walk in shower with rain style shower head. (oh, and we filter and treat ALL water that comes into the home! No chlorine!)
About the home: Two story with bedrooms upstairs, located on a golf course with a peaceful back yard. Tennis courts, basketball, and pool available. Minutes away from 121 or CCC, just off of Lebanon. Street parking or lighted neighborhood parking lot a few houses away.
No kids. No pets. No smoking. No drama.
About the roomies
Husband and wife for 20 years, home owners for 11 years. No kids. No pets. No drama. Both professional types that do consulting from home. We’re looking to fund improvements on the home and thought renting out unused rooms would be a good answer. We enjoy a good movie or listen to music around a backyard fire on nice weekends.
