Two bedrooms in a single family house located at a quite and decent neighborhood in Temple City with totally 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, front and back yards. House is 1500 square ft and is relatively old (built in 1960’s) and moderate, so if you are expecting anything fancier, this may not be ideal for you. Bedrooms are bright and clean, have mirrored closet. Bedroom is about 100-130 square feet each. One full bathroom with double sinks and bath tub, another bathroom has shower.

Looking for single adult female with good characters and is responsible, has stable income, no pets, no smoke, no drug, no drama. Looking for total of three or four female adults to share the house.
