Current Occupants: The only current occupants are myself and my girlfriend. We are rarely home as we travel frequently. Lifestyle: We are working professionals who occasionally works from home. We are laid-back and enjoy spending our free time reading or out in nature. We travel a lot so sometimes are home for a week and gone for 2 weeks. Lease Details:

Lease Term: 12 months. Deposit: $500. Utilities: Split evenly between roommates. Restrictions: No smoking inside the house. No pets. Requirements: Security deposit, proof of income, and references are required.
