The house is located in a tucked away cul-de-sac with unbeatable access to major transit either by car or foot. Raised planters in the front of the house offer ample room to garden, while the fenced-in backyard is occupied by large trees, greenhouse, garden, fire pit, and covered sitting area.

The main level of the house consists of the occupied master bedroom/bathroom, the available bedroom for rent, shared hall bathroom with tub, kitchen, living room, covered porch, and 2-bay attached garage with workspace. The sub-level of the house has an additional two bedrooms (both currently occupied), shared bathroom/utility room with w/d, and den/guest bedroom with backyard access.

No smoking indoors, no large dogs.

We are seeking an individual to share our home currently occupied by three ~30 y/o dudes, and one polite elder terrier. The house has been home to long-term renters, and we intend to keep this peaceful house for years to come. Pets considered on a meet-and-greet basis, while humans are encouraged to tell us a little bit about yourself, what you like to do, and what you’d like to find in roommates. Rent for the available room is $777 per month plus approx. $125 each for utilities assuming a 4 person household. (Master bedroom is rented at $877, for a total of $3,208 per month) Move in costs include first/last month’s rent ($1,554) and a refundable security deposit ($650) totaling $2,204. We currently have 3 guys all around the age of 30. We are all very mellow people who pretty much just work and come home and relax. It’s a pretty quiet household. So if you’re a student, this might be the best possible spot for you to study. There’s currently just the one dog here. She’s one of the sweetest and quietest pups you’ll ever meet. Loves everything and everyone.
