Bedroom available furnished or unfurnished. Great, safe area with wonderful neighbors. The house is about 10 minutes to downtown Greenville. All utilities included in rent amount along with wireless high speed internet.

Available on month to month basis. This allows maximum flexibility if the fit is not the best for either party. Prior roommates have always stayed much longer.

Other primary roommate is a professional male who is active and enjoys a tidy home. I am very rarely in town but do retain access to the home. It is important to find someone who will treat my home as they would their own. Non-smokers only.
