Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent, ensuring you have everything you need to stay connected and comfortable. Ideal for students, professionals, or anyone looking for a serene place to call home. Rent is $1250 monthly, plus a payment of $1250 for the security deposit and $1250 for last month.
