Pecan Street

This is a 4 unit apartment building right at the bottom of horsetooth. The ceilings are high, there’s a wall unit ac, everything is up to date. Gas, water, and trash are included in the rent. Wifi, electricity, and renters insurance is not but that usually equals about $45 each per month. Everything is furnished except for ‘your’ room. Space is kept clean and organized. Lots of plants and a friendly dog! The place isn’t all that big so another dog might be a lot but I’m totally interested in a meet and greet. There isn’t an ideal spot for a little box but my old roommate and I made it work for her cat!

Hi there! I am a fairly chill roommate, I work full time and spend a lot of my free time at the gym. I have a dog and two reptiles. I am super clean and have a pretty consistent schedule. I usually go to bed around 11 and wake up around 7. I’m looking for someone pretty similar just because the space is somewhat small but it’s super cute and would love to answer any questions :)
