Chelsey's room

I live in a 2000sq ft 3 bed 1.5 bath house just north of downtown/ Promenade Park. Everything but the available room is already furnished but I’m happy to combine things and there’s a large waterproofed unfinished basement open for storage. Nice sized back yard with a large deck, lovely for warm weather hangs. The room itself gets nice afternoon light and has a large closet. The third bedroom I may turn into an art/music space that I’m happy to share if there’s an interest or need. The bathroom is shared but nice sized. Double vanity with each side having two large drawers and a shared cabinet space in the middle.

I’m 31, easy going, and everybody’s mom friend. No other people living in the home but two very clean and cuddly small cats. I work outside the home on a fairly flexible weekday schedule. I’m a bit of a night owl but quiet about it, usually just reading or bingeing the same show for the 100th time. I love to be active outdoors in the warmer months and am an absolute recluse when it’s cold out. I don’t want an awkward avoiding-each-other roommate, let’s be friendly!
