Kalamath Street

3 min to Art District on Santa Fe and 2 min to Lincoln Park, it is a 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms house. There is a vacant room and a shared bathroom with one girl who is clean. There is a bed and a desk if you would like to keep them. The rent is $775 a month, and we split electricity, water and internet bills about $70-100 each person. I am looking for a girl to take my room as I am moving out of state. The room will be available in July, and I am flexible about the moving date.

There are four girls including myself in late twenties and early thirties and there are two cats. I work at the hospital, and they work hybrid. We respect each other and communicate. It is a quiet home, but we get to talk when we meet in the kitchen.
