I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Miro at the Parc, and we’ll both sign a 6 month lease together. The room size is 12’1“ x 12’11“ with private bathroom, rent is $850/month and utilites are around $100/month. The lease will be for 6 month starting in July 2024. The apartment complex include gym, swimming pool and is a gated community, very close to grocery stores and highways.
