ROOM AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN I have a 3bdrm 2bth house in the Victoria Windrows community. I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood about 1 mile north of Victoria Gardens. The house is located in a prime, quiet, and safe location. I am a laid-back person who respects boundaries, embraces friendship, and can keep to myself; I pretty much get along with everyone. I work in IT for a major hospital, I am a professional content creator, photographer, and videographer, and in school for engineering. I am gone most of the day, Mon-Fri, but will be home in the evenings and weekends. I have two daughters (3 and 6), who will be over from time to time, they’re very sweet and well-mannered, but I primarily live alone with my dog (Mini Schnauzer). I am seeking a working professional or student who is clean, respectful, organized, and can move in soon. This person must be clean and pick up after themselves The entire house is furnished but the room would not be unless otherwise previously agreed upon. Separate full bathroom included but would need to share when guests are over which is seldom. The price includes utilities, internet, access to a washer and dryer, some fridge/pantry space, house, kitchen, and yard access. This also includes the great scenery and short distances to almost everything you’ll need. I am willing to do month to month agreement. Security deposit is 1 month rent or $1000 unless previously negotiated I will need proof of income/ verification of employment and a background check may be required.
