I am looking for a roommate 22+ years old, working adult or grad student to fill a bedroom in my 2-bed 2-bath condo. Some features:

• On the 2nd floor (top floor) and has high vaulted ceiling with a balcony, which will ensure fresh air, plenty of natural lights, and that you never have to deal with noises from above (something I learned the hard way living in an apartment here).
• The bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom (see picture).
• A parking space
• Fireplace
• Inside a gated community in a serene and quiet neighborhood
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Less than 15’ away from Denver downtown and 15’ away from the premium outlet, which gives you access to virtually everything in both Denver and Thornton, and right in between the city and the moutains. It’s also less than 30’ drive to Boulder and Golden (I work in Golden)
• Small, caged pets are welcome. Service dogs are also welcome.
• Great location: 10 min to water world, 7 min to Platt River Trailhead Park, 10 min to Rocky Mountain Lake Park, 10 min to Pelican Ponds, 15’ to Standley Lake Park (where you can do hiking, fishing, camping, kayaking or watching wildlife), 15 min to Denver Premium Outlet, 10 min to Mile high Flea Market, 15 min to Denver downtown, 10 min to RiNo, 10 min to Westminster downtown, 15 min to CU Denver, 7 min to King Soopers, 7 min to Sam’s Club, 4 min to Walmart, a variety of restaurants and cafés and many more!

The HOA takes care of most utilities, so the utilities left are power and internet, which is aywehere from $60-$120/person/month depends on usage and the season. I am a quiet and clean person, and I’d prefer my roommate to be relatively clean, communicative, and not have too many parties (once per week is fine).

I am looking to fill it anytime from May 15 and onward (whenever it’s filled). The Rent is $1000/month. Deposit is $600. I can do 6-month or 12-month term. If you do 12-month you’ll have the 1st month free. I do require background check.

A bit about me: early 30s working professional in the research field who is quiet and clean. I practice the piano almost daily, but will play at low volume if it disturbs you. I tend to keep to myself and quite an introvert, but would not mind if my roommate has occasional loud music and parties and/or overnight guests. I work normal hours and go to bed and wake up early. I am a very clean person (I can be a bit unorganized occasionally, but clean), and strive to keep the unit clean, and would appreciate it if my roommate would do the same. Note: the furniture is from the previous owner, and will go away, and I will buy the new furniture soon. I will also buy a new microwave and stove soon. Over time, I will continuously update and upgrade the condo (when I save enough).

I am a clean and quiet person, and rarely have parties or overnight guests, but ok with my roommate having occasional parties and/or overnight guests, but not all the times. I prefer my roommate to be a clean, communicative and respectful person.
