Wonderful house in Clintonville. Room available is downstairs, just off the kitchen. It has a semi-private bathroom (it is the bathroom for the first floor and the washer and dryer unit too, so sometimes others may use it, but mostly it’s for you).

While a busy street, it is actually pretty quiet in the room.

There is parking in a small two car garage, but I have a Mini, so that should be easy. It can be a bit hard to turn around though as a warning.

It is right in the heart of Clintonville. It’s an easy walk to Riverside Hospital and a ten minute walk High Street for the Number 2 bus. It is also close to the Olentangy Trail. Happy to furnish if you are interested in that. It’s a wonderful place. The Kroger is just a 10 minute walk away too, as well as restaurants.

I’m a law professor at Ohio State. I’m generally very friendly and am looking for something to have a connection with another person, though we do not have to be best friends. I like cooking, baking, and generally chatting and meeting people.

Since I am a professor, I am fine with students and post-docs, but no undergraduates or law students (the latter is a conflict of interest).
