Entire WEST WING : Two ADJACENT rooms for rent to one occupant in a quiet Chino Hills home with a private bathroom and laundry.
This package encompasses the entire west wing of the house with private bath and laundry. ROOM #1 - Furnished and set up like an office. There is a double bed, desk, chair, dresser, nightstand, bookshelf and three lamps. There is a built-in mirrored closet 5’W x 8’H x 2’D
ROOM #2- Unfurnished with walk-in closet. Bathroom and laundry room are adjacent.
FEMALE housemate only (shared living areas).
Rent: $1500/month. ALL utilities included: electric, gas, water, trash, and internet/Wi-Fi. Two room setups (one furnished, one unfurnished).
Home vibe / best fit: Calm, respectful home. Best for a student or working professional who is clean, low-drama, and mostly keeps to themselves (friendly/social sometimes is great). Light/minimal kitchen use preferred (simple reheating/basic use rather than daily cooking).
Parking / laundry: Street parking. Laundry on-site (laundry room is upstairs near the rental room).
Pets: We have a small dog (Cody) and cats. One cat is fine. A calm, well-socialized small dog may be considered (meet-and-greet required). Pet rent may apply.
Availability: NOW Move-in costs: First month ($1500) + refundable security deposit ($500).
