Sarah's room

We have two rooms which have recently become available when a housemate moved out (she was renting both rooms but they are offered separately). The house is in a nice residential neighborhood a few blocks north of downtown Royal Oak so it’s an easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The house has two bedrooms upstairs which are available for rent for $575 per month each plus utilities (about $65-100 per month). The two upstairs rooms share a full bathroom and the two downstairs rooms also share a full bathroom. There is a back yard in the back with a large patio.

There is one housemate who lives in the house and he is an automotive engineer in his late 20’s. Overall, the vibe of the house is quiet but friendly. He is looking for housemates who are working professionals or students who are chill and are relatively tidy and in their 20’s or 30’s. Both men and women are both welcome but only 1 person to a bedroom please (no couples!)
