I have a room available on June 1st with a shared bathroom for rent. Utilities are included. This is a new built home that you are able to use the kitchen & there is a washer and dryer available. Parking is available in the street. I posted this picture so you could get a size of the room. It does come with a decent size closet. This is room is located in Groveland area. I am sorry but I will no longer be renting to pet owners.

I am always at work. Great roomies, everyone keeps the place clean and are very respectful…any questions feel free to ask.
