I’m looking for a housemate to sign a lease (1 year minimum) in Longfellow/North Oakland for a 3 bedroom/ 2bath ADU. Rent is $1100/mo. + Utilities (house has solar panels). Washer/Dryer Hookups in Unit! Air Conditioning!! Big courtyard with planters and a fire pit (shared with front house aka a duplex)

Move-in: ASAPish… April 15th-May 1st (negotiable)

The room is approx 10’-8“ x 8’-10“ and Walking distance to MacArthur Bart 🚊 and Eli’s Mile High. The unit is Cat Friendly 😺

I’d be taking over two of the bedrooms (using one as an office/music space) 🎸 🥁 BUT you get YOUR OWN BATHROOM!! 🚽

About me: I’m just shy of 30 yrs and was born and raised in Berkeley. I love all things music, design, and cooking related and am hoping to find a respectful and friendly person to share the space with. I work in SF (mostly in-person) so I’ll probably be home nights and weekends only. I’m a relatively clean housemate and do my best to keep communal areas so fresh and soooo clean 🧼
