About the room
This is a private bedroom with two closets, a ceiling fan, and attached private bathroom with tub, shower, vanity, and two sinks. The house includes a shared living room, additional storage, and full kitchen area. The TV is shared with access to Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video. There is an attach garage included parking space. In-laundry available for use at anytime. There is a small backyard perfect for pets, with doggy-door access. This small home is in a very quiet, calm, gated community. Location is a 3 min drive from Walmart, Costco, many restaurant, and the 41 freeway for easy commute.
Utilities will including 1/2 electric/gas and 1/2 Wifi. There is a full size mattress and spring box available is wanted. If not can be removed.
About the roomies
I am a resident physician at a nearby hospital, often working between 60-80 hours a week so not home often. I am very easy going, clean, and have a fish. Looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and clean.
