Isabella's room

We have stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan, very spacious. The spare bedroom has its own bathroom across the hallway, and a walk in closet. The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the apartment is hardwood floors. We have a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the apartment as well. We have very quiet upstairs neighbors and our downstairs neighbors are very kind and laid back. There are already three animals living here so no other pets will be accepted since, unfortunately, 3 is the max. The spare room is completely furnished, but we can clear it out if you have your own furniture you would like to move in.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate who is down to earth. We have two rescue cats (Gizmo and booty) and a rescue dog (butter) they are very very sweet and love to cuddle. They do tend to shed but I love to keep up with it, so the apartment is very clean as I sweep and mop almost daily. My boyfriend (20) and I (19) work as servers so we’re usually home during the day and out at night. We only have two friends come over every now and then to play some video games such as Mario cart and guitar hero. We tend to keep it pretty quiet otherwise. I’m also a college student in nursing school so partying and late nights don’t play a huge role in my life, except occasionally going out to Austin on weekends with some work friends, but would love to have another friend join.
