My property is located one block from the lake and within 10 minutes of grocery stores, hospitals, restaurants, and entertainment (including Grandscape area). The space is 3 bed/1 bath and includes laundry room, 2 large living areas, front porch, large backyard, and French style kitchen with a gas stove.
