2 1/2 miles East of City Market up 82E, my driveway is the eastern boundary of The North Star Preserve and sits right on The Roaring Fork River. This spacious ranch house is an 80’s architectural gem built in the shape of a hexagon with beautiful wooden beams and a floor to ceiling stonewall with fireplace separating it’s 4 bedrooms from the sunny open floor plan main live space which includes a sunken living room and large dated kitchen with eating nook and washer/dryer, I love it! The room is a good size with closet and large window and surprisingly private and quiet. It is furnished (Queen bed) but can easily be rented empty if preferred.

Personally I am dedicated to restoring the River’s bank which I also enjoy floating down and viewing from my Kitchen’s window. The kitchen is my favorite part of the house, though dated, I love cooking and entertaining occasionally. My driveway is the eastern boundary of The North Star Preserve a nice 1/2 mile walk to the mailbox, going to The Grottos, and Lost Man trail a short drive. Hobbies include cards, board games, Rumi Cube in particular and jigsaw puzzles. An avid gardener. I have enjoyed classes at CMC, ceramics. Important to note I am keen on politics and watch MSNBC daily. Otherwise, dabble in tarot, astrology, whole plant food based diet and am privileged to landscape in Fiji for the past couple of years.
