No overnight guests, no smoking or drinking on the property at any time. Separate from my living space. You need to bring your own sheets, and provide your own basics like toilet paper and garbage bags. One parking spot for 50$ extra a month and all utilities included including WiFi.

I am a local public school teacher. I am the home owner and my 19 year old son (college in September but sometimes home ) and I live on the first floor of the house with our cat (Emi) and dog( Bubba) Golden Retriever. If you’re a dog person the dog will love to hang with you if you want. We will close the entry if you don’t want the pets upstairs. HEPA filter system provided. I’m very selective and will be asking for current employment references as well as personal references. Month to month lease will be provided. I’m not looking for someone to share my home with. Separate living spaces with the occasional use of shared space. Limited interactions.
