Carlos's room

We currently have two unfurnished rooms in our beautiful home, conveniently located 3 minutes from UC Riverside. The house is in a safe, peaceful neighborhood with backyard views and a shared pool.

Each room easily accommodates a king or queen-size bed, providing ample space for comfort. Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing and socializing with housemates.

Utilities are included for your convenience. There is a no-pets and no-smoking policy indoors to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all residents.

Additionally, we are flexible with the price if you plan to rent out the room for 12+ months, but we can also accommodate a month-to-month lease to suit your needs.

You’ll be sharing the space with friendly and respectful housemates (me, 32, and my little brother, 24).
