About the room
Looking for a clean and respectful roommate to sign a 1-year lease in Mid-May or June 1st and take the third room in this 3bed 2bath luxury apartment in Mira Mesa, just a 15-minute drive away from the UCSD campus. You would be sharing the bathroom with one more person. The complex has a dog park, gym, pools (saltwater, hot tub and chlorine pools), ping pong, café, clubhouse, lounge, EV charging stations and conference rooms. Washer and Dryer in unit, all utilities split evenly among all roomates.
About the roomies
We are 3 people, two guys and one girl, in our early/mid-twenties, one of us is a UCSD student and the other two are working professionals. We also live with a young Doberman who is very friendly, playful and trained.
