West Homosassa Trail

This property is directly off of Homossas Trail on the right heading into town. The unit is a quadruplets so there are 3 other units but w all keep our privacy but friendly always. Trash picked up every Tuesday morning. Washer and dryer in own private area, have to discuss electric if it goes too high. Have your own bathroom and internet I pay and really good wifi which I pay. Also has an inground pool open to all tenants any time.

My old roommate is an elderly man, 80 something and is moving out but is going to help me keep the place for leaving mostly to me. But my pay doesn’t cover a certain amount from what the landlords say I should make, otherwise I can afford this myself. It’s furnished but does need a cleanup up which will be provided before any look at or move in. The place right now is what’s it is, but clean and spacious for it’s small size.
