Lovely residence situated in the serene Rolling Hills neighborhood, just two blocks from Brea and a mere two minutes away from the bustling Brea Mall and Downtown Brea. Conveniently close, it’s a five-minute drive to Cal State Fullerton and a short seven-minute bike ride or bus journey, and only ten minutes from Fullerton College.

The available room measures 11x11 and can be shared by two students for $800 each. It comes fully furnished with a bunk bed, nightstand, dresser, and a swing. If desired, some furniture can be removed to accommodate personal preferences.

Additionally, there’s another room available for $1,000, complete with a dresser and a spacious California king bed. This room measures 12x12 and includes a large TV for entertainment.

All utilities are covered, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. The shared bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the rooms for easy access and convenience.

Residents will also enjoy kitchen privileges and the added convenience of mall storage for food, ensuring that groceries and food items are kept organized and easily accessible. Large furnished backyard, very safe and quite neighborhood.

I reside in a household with my two sons, aged 8 and 10. They attend school regularly from 8 am to 3 pm. On Wednesdays and alternate weekends, they are not at home. We are an active family and endeavor to engage in numerous activities together outside of the house. The children are home in the evenings after school and retire to bed at 8:30 pm on school nights. They are well-behaved boys.

As for myself, I am a 51-year-old female architect who works from home. I attended Fullerton College.
