For the common areas where we share storage space, it will be divided evenly. I don’t mind sharing some of my furnishings and items in the kitchen (such as appliances and whatnot) since we do have limited space. We have 2 reserved car parking spots so we will each get one. The apartment building does have a limited number of visitor spots that is on a first come first serve basis. We have an in-unit laundry! However, it is located in the balcony/patio which is right outside of the master bedroom which means I would have to go through your room in order for me to do laundry. I will do laundry only when you are home so as to be respectful of your space and belongings. Rent does not include any utilities.

Looking for a new roommate as my current roommate will be moving out and relocating to another city. I’m a chill person who likes to stay home and keep to myself. Although I like to go out every once in a while. I mostly keep myself busy with work, working out, and tidying up the apartment. I’m not a super clean freak but I make sure to clean up after myself in the common areas. I respect my roommate’s space and their belongings. I don’t mind if you have visitors coming over or sleeping over. I mostly only have my boyfriend who comes over to the apartment occasionally. If you are interested and want more details, message me :)
