Near Sarbez (Arricola Ave). It is a safe and nice neighborhood, walking distance to local attractions, colleges, restaurants, downtown St Augustine, hospitals, and a 7-minute drive to the local beaches. Great to Flagger students since you can walk to Flagger University.
One bedroom is available (Available May 1st for rent (unfurnished). You are sharing spaces with roommates; month to month rental, but if possible we prefer a 6-month minimum lease. You must pass a background check and provide a DL, and source of income: first month ($900), and security deposit ($900). No couples. $900 per month per room, no utilities included. To separate you’ll need a $900 security deposit and the first month.
