A spacious three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen and furnished living room. Complex is very relaxed and pretty quiet most of the time. Has an on-site laundry mat, pool, picnic areas and courtyards. One of the best areas for convenience with everything you could need (gym, Walmart/HEB, corner stores, gas stations, etc) within just a few minutes drive, some even walking distance. A couple blocks over from S. Congress and a couple blocks south of Riverside so it’s a very decent pricing for the area and accessibility. Right across the street from Mabel Davis park, a large green park with a swimming pool, skate park, basketball court, and kids playground great for kids, teens, and adults all to enjoy. As well as being right across the street from a IRS department heavily secured building and down the street from a secured private catholic university so there’s very little worry about much criminal activity on this specific block as well.

I am in my mid-20s, very laid back and chill. Pretty quiet at times because I’m either at work, at home studying, or editing together film projects so you won’t even know if I’m here half the time. I like to keep the place tidy and for people to make sure they clean up after themselves because I’m not anyone’s parent. Currently both of my roommates are moving out (male in 50s moving out in first week of May to go back to his home town to help his elderly mother, female in 30s moving out come July to move in with her new boyfriend) so I’m searching for two new roommates. It’s almost impossible for me not to get along with most people, I’ve had roommates from all different backgrounds and age ranges (as young as 18 year old college students to as far up as late 50s medical practitioners). I’ve been living here for pretty much 4 years so I know a good bit of the community and I haven’t met a single person I haven’t liked yet.
