I’m on the lookout for two new roommates to join me in sharing our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just a stone’s throw away from SDSU! Both the master bedroom ($1250) and another room ($1050) are currently available and ready for someone to call them home. Here’s a bit about what I’m looking for:
-College students/ Young professionals preferred
-Clean and tidy habits
-Appreciates a quiet and peaceful living environment
-Not into bringing the party scene home
-No smoking allowed in the house
The house features a backyard for some outdoor relaxation, a convenient washer and dryer setup, and a spacious kitchen and living room for all your cooking and lounging needs.
Plus, its prime location means you’re just a 3-minute drive (or a breezy 15-minute walk) from SDSU campus!

I’m a full-time grad student at SDSU and have a part-time job. Most of my free time is spent at the gym, and staying active. With my busy schedule, I cherish coming home to a serene environment where I can unwind and recharge for the next day.
