Sapphire Street

We are looking for a new roommate for the upstairs bedroom starting June 1st. We are in North PB about 3 blocks from the beach! Rent for the room is $1,392 (utilities not included - average about $100 for water, SDG&E, internet per month). The room has its own private bathroom. The apartment is three floors/duplex style. 3 bedroom/3 bath. Two car parked garage that we rotate (1 week on the street, 2 weeks in garage etc.). Washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit! We do have a small porch as well.

A little bit about us. I am 32yr old female and have lived in SD for 12 years (SDSU Alum) and Megan is 32, born and raised in San Diego. We met each other in College. I work remotely from home as a Recruiter and Megan works in OB as a Veterinary Technician. We are easy going but we do keep the apartment clean and respect each others space. I do yoga often, rollerblade the bay and ski trips in the winter. Megan enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, paddle boarding and playing pool. We both have active social lives, love a good happy hour and beach walks since we are so close!
