Month to month, short term 1 to 3 months. Can be furnished with basics or unfurnished. Bed in picture is high quality electric self-inflate air mattresses, all can be easily removed if you have your own stuff. Walk-in closet. Private bathroom inside private room. Room has own small fridge and microwave. Can have a TV if needed. Gated condo community. 3 pools. Laundry room and patio use. Wifi, electric, gas, water, sewer all included in rent. Not included: No use of kitchen, living room, dining area, other bathrooms or bedrooms. No garage space but plenty of parking inside gated community.

2 hybrid working female family members. No pets. No smoking, vaping, cannabis products, or any other drugs inside or out or on property by us or roomie. We are allergic to oils etc. Torrance city ordinance prohibits smoking of tobacco or cannabis in or out or on grounds of condo, apartment, or other multi-unit properties.
